These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Xuyale Xahihu website, located at xuyale-xahihu.info, along with all educational text, images and downloadable reference material published on it. By browsing this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, the appropriate step is simply not to use the site, since no account creation or payment is required to view the content.

A. Nature of the content. Everything published here, including lessons on constellation identification, telescope operation, star map reading, planetary tracking and night sky photography, is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes professional scientific advice, safety certification, or a substitute for manufacturer instructions accompanying any telescope, camera or other equipment you may use. Observing the night sky, particularly the Sun during solar eclipses, carries inherent risks, and users are responsible for following equipment manufacturer safety guidance and using appropriate solar filters or protective eyewear where relevant, independent of anything described on this site.

B. No guarantee of outcomes. Because visibility of celestial objects depends on weather, light pollution, equipment condition and many other variable local factors outside our control, we do not guarantee that following any lesson, checklist or guide on this site will result in a successful observation, photograph or identification of any specific object on any specific date. Content is descriptive and educational, not a promise of results.

C. Acceptable use. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of the site by, any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale for republication without permission, or misrepresent your affiliation with Xuyale Xahihu.

D. Intellectual property. Text, illustrations, downloadable guides and the overall design of this site are the property of Xuyale Xahihu unless otherwise noted, and are made available for personal, non-commercial educational use. Reproduction of substantial portions of the site for commercial redistribution without prior written permission is not permitted. Brief quotation with attribution for educational or journalistic purposes is generally acceptable.

E. Third-party links and embedded content. This site may include an embedded map component or links to external resources for reference purposes.
